Hararghe belongs Somali's and Somalia where is this clan non-sense coming from?

What does this has anything to with most fertile regions in Somali regions. Ethiopia has currently millions to feed yet it has abundant amounts of fertile land and rivers, yet Ethiopians are known for hungry and food shortages. There are millions of Ethiopians starving for food today
