Why is the government held responsible for every clan skirmish that happens in the country? In this case there isn't even any evidence it was between two different clans, it could well be that the criminal was from the same clan. Some fools(qurbajoog ''awdal staters'') are celebrating a bit too early claiming that the government killed them! And why exactly will the government do something that will force them to sasab/appease later on and even make their popularity go down? Doesn't make sense.
