So are you saying Puntland will share up to 50% of the profitswith the somalia government?

50-50 sharing deal with the federal government. That is how all the states share with the federal government.

The exact figure of the sharing hasn't been announced yet that I'm aware of although it is true that regions will share with the gov't.

BUT, it all depends on whether the gov't and other regions accept the Garowe Principles and Federalism (which is good for everyone).

The UAE came together via their own form of federalism akin to Somalia's current system, so it will be up to the individual states and the central government if they want to eat or starve----and the consensus will be made overwhelmingly in favor of the former option in this scenario. Everyone wins. PL gets a constitution that protects its interests and other states plus the Mog gov't get money they could never have even dreamt of and they don't even have to work for it.

As for the oil discovery I welcome it and look forward to becoming a Darood Oil Shaikh however we shall not forget the betrayal of the Faroole administration towards Ogaden citizens in Puntland. Indeed we shall seize them when they least expect it.

Furthermore I have taken an oath to lead a jihad on the Puntland district of the forums since they are responsible for my fail application to the DPG.
waraa sxb. You can never achieve anything with war it will only make us all more weak and our enemies will take advantage of our weaknes just like today. You see faroole and the onlf leaders are the old generation and soon gone you and me are the new generations lets come together and learn from their mistakes instead of continueing in their destructive and divisive path..Walahi if we just use half of the energy and time we use on hating and exterminating each othe on something useful that would benefit our people we could be the kings. All these starving habashis would be on our pockets bowing down in our dust. And in the future if we play our cards right we can make them sign on any papers we wish them to sign, or finance a secret war that would make them weak.
