Garbahareey being "mine" is equal to Jowhar being "his".
Xamar is the Capital, it has no equivalence. That's why only the status of Xamar is to be decided by the Parliament.
Xamar ma lehid, isna ma leh, Abgaal walaa qolo kalena maleh. Somali Maxamed baa leh.

Say you have equal amount of towns and we get to Xamar and Luuq then what happens? we say Luuq goes to voltage and Xamar to all Somalis sorry Roving you are a city short

Re: 39 Member Parliaments Endorse Banadir State
I Can confirm to you that the Capital or Federal District will consist of Xamar Weyne, Shangaani and a few Blocks of Boondhere and the rest of the city will be free to join Banaadir state marka mise Calcaala mise indhaha blood ka keena. Xamar Unuka Leh and that is the reality on the ground.

Re: 39 Member Parliaments Endorse Banadir State
The argument here is clear:
What's mine is mine and what's yours we will share.
The people of Mogadishu did not ask for Mogadishu to be made the capital of Somalia. It was done so because of its history and significance which had nothing to do with other Somalis from other areas. The people of Banadir (today Sh.Hoose, Sh.Dexe and Banadir) did not ask to be seperated and Banadir today is not public property unless the whole federal system is revoked and NO qabiil can claim ANY part of Somalia.
You guys can keep going round and round in circles but let us learn from history and be upfront with one another. No one is stupid and no one will accept the shortend of the stick.

You are debating nicely but the debate is revolving again and again on"waa caasimadii dalka" yeah, ofcourse,it is.we know it.brother voltage sometimes acts rationally and other times loses it.a brief historic look into DC Washington and Buenos Aires shows a great deal about how they come into existance.and that Buenos Aires is an automonomous city where the mayor is elected by the local people.

Tarots have no say in the making of Banadir Region neither will they be added in the administration.
They are allowed to work and live in the region aslong hawiyes are also allowed to live and work in puntland or ghetto.

Re: 39 Member Parliaments Endorse Banadir State
While folks like Rovingmadass are still breathing in that mass grave called Mogadishu, my capital will remain Garowe indefinitely. Voltage, I suggest you follow suit and quit being an Ilkoyar downer which I'm not betting on since misery loves company, bad feeling, memory and everything else associated with Mogadishu. As if the spilling of innocent blood wasn't enough of a curse, I hear of a new type of assassination in full swing there, the target: anyone trying to reclaim old properties.
Insha'Allah come August 2012 new government new start. Garowe I and II perfect raping kit that will come handy dealing with the like of Rovingmadass. Farole job well done

Re: 39 Member Parliaments Endorse Banadir State
Here comes the typical dhabacyo with properties bullshi t,everyone who legally owns a property will have the right to enjoy his properties with out any interferences and intimidation.as for garowe, hope you keep it all your self and you wont hear me ever mentioning it again, stay there and i stay here, whether we reach a compromise or an impasse it is up to the stake holders and not a dhabacyo like you.
this is isnt 1960,it is 2012.hard facts and interests override everything else.false nationalism, false brotherhood will not work.

BV and Greenday. If garowe was the capital of Somalia the seat of Somalias central goverment it would belong to all Somalis equally. But garowe is not the capital. Garowe and it's people come under mugdisho all Somali cities big or small come under mugdisho and all taxs collected from all Somali regions will be sent to Mugdisho and that is why mugdisho belong to all Somalis equally if you can't understand this then may Allah help you to develope a new brain.
