You are wrong Hilibi do live but not in big numbers and balcad within the city border is a majority reer mataan city with daud being the second clan and outside the city its Daud.

Xaafada reer mataanka waxaa la dhahaa Xaawo taako. And its caro cadaan the same soil type of the xamar and caliyaale.Hilibi people live the other side of the river or the bridge and the soil type in the other side is dhoobey ama caro madow. I used to visit balcad many times because of cousins who are hilibi. Believe me girl,hilibi are the majority in balcad.

No when we say Reer Mataan, Celi or Daud mean we are sub sub sub clans of Wacbudhan, because we have become so large in numbers that now we directly just jump down to sub sub sub levels

Why ask when last time i was in Balcad is 2009 Hilibi Darandoole can not be a majority in the city because if you add all the hilibi around the world even and put them in balcad they will still not reach reer mataan population in Balcad ALAS they are our blood and we love them.
