Faisal,
This guys a major screwup. That Vasley kid seems intimidated by the nba, and is worse offensively than kwame brown. Okafor, Ariza were long term contracts the Wiz didn't need. Nene is always hurt and the jury is out on Bradley Beal. This Guy Grunfield is a total bum.

Beal is 19 and is missing open shots, I'll give him some time. His defense has been superb though.
Vesley is just

he has more fouls this season than points

This kid should have been a 2nd round pick or undrafted... I don't mind a 7 foot hustle player on the roster but not one that was taken 6th overall when Kwahi Leonard, Faried, Brooks, Shumpert, Thompson, etc were all on the board at #6 in 2011.
Okafor and Ariza deal was bad, I said it at the time it happened. They're good role players that are vastly overpaid. Especially Okafor who is making $13 million this year and $14 million next year. Both of them come off the books in 2014 so they will be attractive expirings this summer. BUT, we coulda just boughtout Rashard Lewis, get $10 million immediately (his salary was $23 million and to buy him out was $13 million)... and with Blatche's amnesty could have had the cap room to sign guys that are better like a Scola, Danny Green, Elton Brand, Ramon Sessions, etc and they all got cheap contracts
Nene being injured is why DEN was so eager to trade him when they JUST gave him the 5 year contract in December. But when Nene is playing, he is damn good and definitely the best player the Wizards have. But he has a foot injury and this horrible start leaves me thinking they are rushing him back just so Ernie and his cronies keep their jobs

I went to the game last night. I noticed one thing: On TV bad teams look like there not playing hard, but its a whole different story when You watch them i person. When You watch them in person, You actually see that they are playing hard but there scared as hell. They seem confused and have no confidence. The only Guy that actually seems semi comfortable on that team is Jordan Crawford.

The Wizards play hard, they don't even get blown out (Bobcats and Spurs games are the exceptions). They have chances to win every night but you are correct they have no confidence. Nene and Crawford are the only guys that don't play scared.

kobe bryant just hit 30,000 career points
he's been averaging 2k points a year for a while now so if he can continue this for a couple more years he can go past michael whos 3rd all time at 32k. karl malone and kareem sitting at the top 37k and 38k
