you are right in conflicts, the emotions are high and this is Allah's solution before things getting to courts/judge.

It is difficult to be fair to someone you actively hate which I am guessing most people do right when they're getting divorced. Easier to think of ways to make them pay. Make a very long list and then a detailed plan for the most painful one. It is a good thing I feel guilty very easily maahine walee carawelo would have nothing on me

lol jasmine, best of us can get nasty when they angry or feel wronged. that is why second opinion or just buying time to sattle one's mind before they do or say same thing may escalate issue even more.

now i learned from courts and seeing daily angry people , but when go down the root of issue, you would be suprised.lol. there was a divorce case that stuck in my mind for some time now.

there were 2 young people came with girl's father and brother and guy's lawyer. they came to ask divorce. amount of hate was coming from her and blaming him for being abusive etc....and him blaming her for being lazy and lousy house wife etc. war anan kuku dalinine.

all started while they were so happy and watching tv, he asked her to bring him a glass of water. who could think a divorce starts with " get me a glass of water" loool.

that shows some people should wait until they grow up mentally before they marry.

i thought i didnt understand what he was saying , until she agreed that was the start of nasty fight, ended in divorce court! well her defence was "my dad service my mom and not other way around" basiclly ; how he dares to ask me to get him water, im i the maid! and his defence was, my mom services my dad! seems they were 2 different class.

that is why many scholars say; the husband, should provide to her, exactlly her father's standard or better.

in the end, we talked them out and didnt divorce! i felt bad for the father and brother. cause they agreed to go all the way to support their daughter and create really bad relation with their in law and in the end she went home with him.

that is why i say, family should put some sense to their sons and daughters before wahas o kale ay la so shir taginlhayen.

lol , well, we feel protective when comes to daughters and sisters. if every man thinks of his sister or daughter. adoun ba ma halaben.
