So some more news, WHO/OMS will recommend whole bloood transfusions from survivors as a treatment method, The thing isthat, the whole blood should contain antibiodies that were effective in the case, rough and ready serum therapy, but there is now a large body of survivors so until those antibodies can be identified and replicated somehow, probably much much better than nothing i guess

Indeed, and more people in the region also probably have died from, motorcycle accidents and malnutrition in this period, however the death rate from Ebola is not the entire sum of the damage it causes. It shuts down schools and workplaces overwhelms health infrastructure and destroys on a much wider scale than purely just the number of fatalities

Yeah, it has rightly taken the forefront of our interest right now. This outbreak is unprecedented. The symptoms and contagiousness is far more worse in Ebola
