For week 10 I worked out once


My Goals for Week 11 : I bought myself a good pair of boots for the some good winter walking. I am going to start walking today. :lol:

I will still go to the gym but walking is a priority now

S.S Walking is the best! The nights I can't be asked to go to the gym I go out for a power walk. Once I get into it I feel kinda silly cause I feel like an old granny lol Have fun xx

Ladies I don't know if you are like me but I am a big snacker ..I love sweets and I can't help myself especially if its around. I stopped buying sweets and now I make sure I have fresh fruit to snack on anytime my sweet tooth starts itching. Tonight its pomegranate.

For the past 2 weeks I have been slacking so bad. I gotta get on it tomorrow smh *groans*

Miss bonita -

I am snacker to. But I have been doing really well for the past few weeks with treats. Ever time I have a craving I have my coco treat.

I also do acupuncture . My acupuncturist knows I want to get fit. I have been getting acupuncture on my ears LOL

Apparently there are spots that can connected to hunger. I don't really get it LOL but maybe it has helped curve my cravings . Whatever the case I have been really good at avoiding things with bad sugar. Not interested in it anymore.

BUT I NEED TO GET TO WALKING STOP SLACKING :( With My next post I will confirm that I am back on track

Huuno don't go back to those sweets coz the sugar levels are >>>>... My dentist gave me some cold truths that hit home when i got cavaties from eating biscuits and sweets for years..I eat pears now Image

Omggg how am i just reading this???? you girls are so inspiring...ive never really had a weight problem, but I've always wanted to be more active (and get a bigger booty). keep at it ladies, you've inspired me and I'm sure a lot of others <3

Winter walking and Acupunture-WHAt ? LMAO, I really had a good laugh cheers.

I bet these girls don't even know 5 good stretches and what muscle group(s) they activate.

I worked out yesterday. Definitely feeling it today.I did a cardio & weight training class. I will try a long walk today or tomorrow for hour.

Walaale I like your attitude rageedi.

Have you heard of wall squats, sit for 15 second at a time and do it 3 times. during your breaks do ordinary squats, balancing on your heals and making sure you have a neutral spine, your upper body cannot go past your knees and whiles doing the exercise activate your core muscles by tucking in your belly and squeezing the buttocks.

I like this exercise because it really corrects the bad effects of sitting too much.
