Have you heard of wall squats, sit for 15 second at a time and do it 3 times. during your breaks do ordinary squats, balancing on your heals and making sure you have a neutral spine, your upper body cannot go past your knees and whiles doing the exercise activate your core muscles by tucking in your belly and squeezing the buttocks.
I like this exercise because it really corrects the bad effects of sitting too much.
