Kaafiye, I believe you see all people as equal, much like myself. This thread is ridiculous. I assumed it was perfectly caadi to have affinity for one's people and to differentiate one's self from others. The reason Africa has lost some of its diversity in looks is due to co-mingling, whereas Somalis have largely not. Pygmies in Congo and Khosian in South Africa are on the brink of extinction. Even the Maasai have historically absorbed Cushitic males. Just because Somalia isn't doing well at present doesn't mean they want to look worse than the Diktore's mugshots in 50 years. These folks don't get it.
