Sounds like someone framed him, trolls always do this to public figures, don't be quick to judge.

A Muslim always gives the benefit of the doubt until a matter is clear.

not many people know what that website means, me one of them!!

ino Allahey 3eebtada asturo, dadka 3eebtooda indaha ka 7iro.

minda, Allah forgive them and you got the dambi spreading it.

And you are sharing that dambi because you are allowing him to do it even though you have the power to do something about it. Delete this post if you really care hadii kale zip it.
Finally, someone placed a light upon the so-called "wadaad" of Somalinet. Funny how Hyperactive never replied to KartiHaween's comment, even when she quoted him (he should get a notification of her quote). He is a moderator with the authority to delete threads, yet he's asking a member what they gain from spreading this. He further on says to the member, "You got the dambi spreading it", when he actually allowed it to be spread. WTF

Hypocrisy at it's finest, no.

True but the evidence is pretty damning bro. The guy even made his twitter private and deleted his Facebook posts about it. That's not exactly the actions of an innocent man.

Moral of the story: don't trust these celebrity YouTube preachers

The evidence was pretty damning for Aisha (RA), she was brought back to Medina by a non-mehram Sahabi, and then rumours spread about that she and this man committed adultery outside of Medina, Allah was the one who rebutted the rumours in the Qur'an, so always give the benefit of the doubt and have no role in spreading rumours.

Hyper is right, someone could've placed his identity and details there and as muslims we should always think of the best of our muslim brothers and sisters and give them the benefit of the doubt. As this guy debates lots of childish atheist it is not beyond the realm of possibilities that a fellow atheist did this as hacking is so easy now and set him up

But the fact he did not know that money was leaving his account is really suspicious.

Although I am sure if he was committing adultery, he would've chosen a more discrete way like paying a harlot cash rather then leaving a bank account trail.

For me I give him the benefit of the doubt. This was done to be used against him when debating

I'm in agreement there. Rumors don't need to be spread. And we are in no legal position to say whether he is an adulterer or not. However I think it's fair to say he needs to clarify the situation and own up to it. It's pretty damn obvious the guy was on the site. He is a human, we sin. His was in public, and as a public figure it is good responsibility to own up to it if at least clarify the situation. His Facebook explanation was bogus and honestly insulting to his fans.

These Islamic celebrities are not infallible.

Islamically speaking, his email/bank account being registered to the site doesn't prove conclusive evidence of infidelity. Four witnesses must actually see the act.

I think the story of our mother Aishah is applicable here. The evidence was so damning against her even the Prophet scw opted to remain neutral on the topic.

Advo wrote:I have known of this website for quite some time, unlike alot of websites u can register with pretty much any email without confirmation. It's a place for married people to cheat with other married people. I don't know why anyone would go to that length when he/she can just go on backpages and find a local prostitute without leaving a trail of evidence.

I give the shiek the benifit of the doubt until there's concrete evidence.
I have the exact same opinion. I would prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt until more concrete evidence comes out.

But we also have to be wary of characters like Leftist, who post this story as a means to discredit Islamic morality. He scoffs at the fact that in Islam; fornication and promiscuity are looked down upon and prohibited....so he seeks to make it look like these values are "outdated" simply because some random Sheikh was caught committing a grievous sin. Leftist's intentions here are entirely sinister. What exactly is he hoping to achieve by posting this story?

You know i am millitantly against Salafis.
but i give this shaykh the benefit of the doubt.
Its too easy to fake profiles , emails not authenticated and his address is available.
credit cards are easy to hack.

all you need is to follow him and get near him with a scanner that grabs his information,
for new cards you only need to be 5 feet from him and it will work.

or simpler arrange some fake site to phish his data, maybe a new charity

Main purpose of this thread is to expose the rancid hypocrisy that is widespread and prevalent within out community, both as Muslims and as Somalis.

Rancid Hypocrisy:

Non-muslims have affairs or drink in bars: Response: Acuudibillah, feeri "wasaqdah gaalada" acuudibillah feeri "naagaha qaawan"

Muslim public figure has an affair, solicits prostitutes,. Reponse: Allah is oft-forgiving and ever-mercifukl; Indeed he who covers his brothers sins, will have his sins covereed on the Day ofJudgement.

When public figures like Bill Clinton & Martin Luther King, JR have affairs, that is evidence of "low Western morality" but when Muslim public figures do the same thing on the regular, nothing but silence.

Just noting your intrinsic & inherent hypocrisy, Mudanayaal

When we put men like this on a pedestal we turn our religion into a joke. This man is no more a sheykh or scholar than a person who works in burger king is.

As for those of you who are comparing this situation to Aisha's - don't be silly. The accusations against Aisha were an active process, if thought about logically, there was absolutely no reason to suspect adultery except to insult her and gossip. This man's case is different, since his personal details and account details have been made public through an adultery website - the logical implication being that he is at the very least dodgy.

How could someone compare this to Aisha? Me thinks Zubeir idolized this sack of shit and feels fooled/guilty.

I have news for you genius:

Even Western societies look down upon adultery. It isn't "hypocrisy" for the prevailing culture of a society to look down upon certain actions, while at the same time having a significant segment of the population engaging in it. Even here in Canada, a man who's branded as a cheater will have his reputation damaged and his marriage potentially destroyed. It doesn't mean that some people won't abstain from this terrible sin; it just means that less people will engage in it and those who are immoral enough to engage in this action would at the very least attempt to be discreet about it.

But you want to post this news story in order to shame those of us who believe in Islamic morality, which strictly forbids sex outside of marriage.

Your intentions here are entirely sinister, you manipulative dirtbag. Fear Allah with what you type, and tone down your arrogant behavior.
