Wadaads, politicians, Doctors and Lawyers, women and children are chewing. We are the new Yemen.
I know, Europe and North America have strong institutions and we don't, but still we have to try before we give up. What do we have to loose anyway!

Air, the question not what to loose, it's "they cannot ban anything". they are a joke. you better give "wa3y" to youths to not fall for that trap.

i rather you go door to door and advice people than wasting your time with those clowns. ayagi baba wahan daaqa.

any ways, keep going strong bro. take one for the team.

Honestly speaking, in my circles of family and friends (At least those in Mogadishu), and the whole neighborhood there is only this one guy who chews qat OPENLY. So we do have wacyi, but what I want is that (Whether it is implemented or not) the constitution to say "qat is illegal". Simple as that!

And yes more and more wacdi. Here is Shiikh Mustafe lecturing about Khat.

no accual club (nadi somali) where somalis young and old hang around and drink tea/coffe/beverage. nothing to do with sport though. if you pass 6 am you see some sitting there sipping tea. ive no clue, they may pray fajer there.

my uncle is so stubborn to go there and preach but ...oooh the ciggarate smoke and the bad hygine put you off. so much wasaq and carelessness.

they also divided by tribes, each table certain tribe. but i noticed one thing about somalis.... they exchange jokes and kaftan even though they do fadikudirir. specially people who are share region that traditionally riffle. i used to to laugh when dulbahante, isaaq and ogadens have fight , then they through heavy weight kaftan and they all laugh at it.

it's best place to be if you just want watch some fun. i am sure AW when he visited he went there. it's most see place if you are somali visiting Doha.
