It's also causing me insomnia too. Dhinac kasta i'm f%%d bal ii soo duceeya. I've ignored it for too long because the pills made me throw up.
I have noticed that I have become insomniac lately. I am taking the pills. They are disgusting I know but tolerable to some extent. My hair however is alright. I can't stand hairloss. Allaha ku caafiyo sis.
I am on medication so have no problem with insomnia.

Having said that, I am gonna ask them if I can come off 2moro. If I come off, i'm fucked . I fall asleep within half an hour plus sometimes I take it early to avoid thinking about certain things cos night time is when I do most of my fikir. :?

Don't take prescription sleeping pills cos they are addictive. My one is not a sleeping pill.

Some of the causes of Bidaar:

-Siigo
-Smoking cigarettes, Shisha and Geedo
-Lack of vitamins and other nutrients
-Too much stress, buuq iyo wal wal
-Never been breastfed when you were a baby
-Chewing Khat

Alxamdulilah, praise be to Allah :blessed:, this is not something I am afflicted with. I have the thickest hair you can see on a Somali man, and most of my family do not have it either. But I do have that trademark big forehead

Cherine,
Is right. But one would have to be extremely iron deficient to have noticeable hair loss.

Believe it or not some women can develop male pattern baldness also. That is if her mom is a carrier for the balding gene and she inherits the X chromosome that carries that gene, and also if her father is bald as well :)

Ay muusiiba? :? tasaaqut esha3ar is more common than you think. Thank you but no snake oils for me, i'll stick to what the doc ordered. In 3 months there should be a marked improvement and in a years time when iron levels stabilise my hair inshallah will be back to its former glory jet black, curly and thick. :) The only benefit of the oils is moisturising the hair, i don't believe oil stops hair falling, lengthens hair that's kharabeet.

I need it badly.
use these, Shea Moisture Conditioner and Shampoo. Avoid sulfates, phosphates and all that other chemical BS. These have natural ingredients.

Conditioner everyday, use shampoo twice a week

And also use natural oils in your hair after showering.
Thanks FAH.
