Cigaal; I have an equal opportunity heart when I meet Xusul baruurs nimcatul fashuuqs.
Here is another study you should read; According to a study done in London, MN, and Toronto, most xusul baruur garoobs were previously married to their qaraabo qansax (Lamagoodle, 2016).
Let me share with you my serendipity a day ago:
I went to Zab(sab) and was taking the lifts/elevator to go home. This beauty 28-35 comes in and says "Habari Lamagoodle". This is an area where there are no Somali sijuis. I looked at her and I swear my heart stopped. She had all the qualities in a somali woman; qoordheer, dhex dhuuban, ilko saqaf leh, suuro and to my pleasure wore an intoxicating uunsi which was hallucinating me.
I replied shivering "mzuri"... and added "are you from the NFD"
No, I am from Kakamega but my dad is from Mandera. We are family. I am your qaraabo.
When she said " I am your qaraabo" I regained my heartbeat. I looked at her one more time and all the features I observed a few seconds ago were gone. She was just another Xaliimo.
So sometimes same qabiil is not a good start to commence your chase. I have been thinking about this encounter for many hours and I have concluded that same qabiil is a liability when ones objective is not marriage but something else.
P.s. where did I get this idea that our Insamaale is married to reer xamar wadaad?
P.s.s If you are a man and married to a woman from your qabiil, chances are (the risk is) that she will be Lamagoodle's next prey.

Because same clan marriages often fail (Baastounit, 2015)
