the good news is, i have already lost some pounds, no bariis, baasto iyo daqiiq is working
i dont care how long is gonna take me, bariis iyo pasta is haraam until i can proudly take off my shirt in anywhere at any moment

Cigaal.... Keep at it. I didn't like it the first time but then I started having more corn added to it and then added macsaaro and sprinkled some sugar. I became an addict at one point eating it once a day and felt so healthy/
