First you said that you have alot more in common with a dark skinned indian person, and you share tha same skin color with African-Americans now you're sayin you're closer to a light skinned indian? Which is it?

And furthermore, East Indians and Arabs are not tha same type of people.

Arab= Middle Eastern
East Indian = South Asian.
Turk= Eurasian.

No disrespect but I think I have far more in common in terms of culture with people of East Indian descent than you do since one of my parents is infact of east Indian ancestry.

Megatron.

The blue veiners are some of the most color struck uppity Negroes you will ever encounter. Even Somali Americans would not pass their test simply because Somalis are still fresh out of Africa and that just won’t do. These types of black people want to get as far away from Africa as possible. While my ancestors were not upper class they still got a pass because of their skin color and hair textures. Unfortunately I still hear this stuff from my family today. Especially my grands and great aunts. They literally use to line up us grand kids and compare our features. I and both my sisters got their stamp of approval because of the way we look. I’m more of a medium brown color and can pass the so called “paper bag test” I have mild features and my hair grows long. My second youngest sister is very dark skinned but she passes the so called test because she also has very long wavy black hair and sharp features. My family use to like to describe her as a little white girl painted dark brown. Even though my youngest sister’s features are more Negroid than mine and the other sister she still passes the test because she is the lightest with hazel eyes and reddish brown hair.

I personally have made it a point to break away from that kind of thinking but unfortunately younger sister has not. She only dates biracial and white men only. She wants to make damn sure she passes on her long wavy “good hair” to her children. The youngest one is only 12 but she has already picked up on that attitude also. My family very much approve of this attitude also. Whenever I date a black man the first things they want to know is what he looks like meaning how dark and African looking he is. If they don’t approve they don’t want me bring him around.

I noticed it was founded in New England, a stone's throw from New Brunswick (Atlantic Canadian Province. neighbour of Nova Scotia), the origin of my ancestors, the Acadians. Many inter married with the Miq M'aq tribes, who then inter married with the freed Blacks who left America for Canada under the lure of equality and land. Acadians I guess could be called the original Creoles, as it was them who, after showing allegiance to France over Great Britain in the war for Upper Canada, were expelled to Louisiana after France was defeated. That is the source of today's "Cajun" (a bastardized slang for Acadian) peoples in the Bayou. Cool readings.
