after 18 years of the same old vodoo stories it's time people did some exorcism. 18 years of silanyo and the fools and what have they showed so far? I have heard riyaale went to kuwait recently. It seems the strategy of kissing gordon brown has not worked eh?
As if the arab cares. Probably never heard of the word somaliland. I just fed up of being lied to over and over again. It;s time to go back to what worked last time.
eh last time was flawed and fragile and came to civil war
just give it away man, somalinimo and somaliweyn doesnt have to be one huge ass country
it's the only way to solve the somali curse. divisions based on tribes has killed everything. as long that exists we will never move forward. 18 years should have taught you.
18 years fah.
listen again. 18 years of nothingness. it should be simple right now. 18 years since our last government. just imagine if there was no civil war today. what would somalia look like today? if you can answer that in your mind andnot in your mouth then you will finally get it

Xamari, Somaliland was never an independent state. It was never recognized by anyone. There was never an entry of a nation called Somaliland into the U.N historical record. Nothing. It was a territory in limbo for 4 days and on the 5 day was declared Somalia.
Fact.
No one recognized Somaliland in 1960? War ilayn anagaa wax aragnay.
What is the reason of this thread again? Somaliland independence gained from Great Britian.
I think you are better off talking about what city in America has the tallest building.

LOL @ the last line.
I repeat. I have searched throughout the internet and everything in between, there is never any record of a recognized Somaliland state that had recognition as an independent state from any other state. There is
NO record.
If Somaliland was an independent recognized state, give me any record anywhere.
The British granted a colony independence but they never recognized a Somaliland state because it never existed.

if there was no civil war and there was a country wide Shir involving all Somalis in the year 1991... Somalia would be a country today and maybe even united BUT...
That didn't happen
so I think any Somali government that comes about in Xamar should recognize Somaliland, whats the big deal man... unity can be achieved through other measures not just one Somali state

Tell me how you give independence that you don't recognize? There is something wrong with your logic there. Don't think?
Regadless, we gave it away in 5 days so what is the point

Do you know what they called Somaliland in the U.K? They called it The Colony That Rejected Independence.
There was never a Somaliland State that ever existed. Ever wonder why the whole Somaliland argument that we were once an independent nation taking back its legitimacy has come down to "talk to Somalia, agree to disagree, and then declare independence"? Because Somaliland state never existed.
