A wise man once said, "empty vessels make noise". Today, somalia is an empty vessel making terrible noise across the world. Frankly, the vessel was full for 21 years, and it was completely in a state of tranquility due to President Muhammed Siyaad Barre's rule. He created farms, economy, health systen, military power, build infrastructure, created schools of theology in the country sides and schools of higher learning in cities. He needs no introduction, as every great man is self-explanatory by the great things he has done.
