In last sentence, it is noun, while it's verb in other two sentences.

Ps. Ukaadi is two words = u kaadi.

shift is right, you can hardly use kaadi alone to mean 'sug', plus some words might be spelled the same but are totally pronounced differently, which this words seems to indicate
