miyaad waalaten?

How do you say KNO to sharciga Allah?

People don't confuse what is being implemented in some parts of somalia (wrongly or rightly) claiming to be sharia law as sharia law.

Sharia law=islamic law=Allah's law

If you say NO to that, Your Iman is in question.

Thank You for this post.

I disagree with Shariah Law because I like my current non-Shariah society. I can't support something I haven't experienced. Some here want to enjoy the site of girls in skimpy skirts and their weekend clubbing habits in London, Toronto or Stockholm but still give a thumbs-up to a "Shariah" lifestyle they'd abandon in a heartbeat if they saw it in action. Be honest with yourselves. Its almost inevitable, and is already happening in PL, that Shariah will creep its way into every functioning Somali society along with other extreme elements that came out of the post-war Wahabbization in the refugee camps of Kenya, but I'd like to see a point where its downplayed, and hopefully more money and education will ground it to a halt.

as human iam tottaly against forexample Stoning people for adultry in the quran is clearly says punishment of adulty is not killing but its only 100 lashes for adultry and adultress and to give 100 lashes you need to have 4 witness to jurdge 100 lashes.
those who say there are stoning in quran pls show me where is that??? stoning is in the bibel and its not ISLAM.
You see, that's where you got it all wrong, DR.

In the Quran, it states that a FORNICATOR shall get 100 lashes, but 4 witness must be brought as evidence to the case.

An Adulterer and an Adulteress should each be stoned to death. Even in the Hadith of the Prophet, where two Jewish, man and woman committed Adultery and the the Prophet was asked what the judgement should be and the Prophet asked the Jewish Rabbis and they replied "We put ashes on their faces, put them on top of a donkey and take them around the town to let the public know what they have done"

At that moment, the famous Jewish-Rabbi who converted to Islam, named Abdullah Bin Salam was with the Prophet (SAW) and he told the Jewish Rabbi to remove his hand (The Jewish Rabbi was covering up a Verse in the Torah purposely) and that verse read that "Adulterers and Adulteresses should each be stoned to death".

The Jewish Rabbis apparently felt "Too sympathetic" to carry the rulings of Allah and decided to create their own MAN-MADE Law. :|

Yalaxoow, that's exactly where you're headed to. However, you must understand that we cannot begin to rule out Lashes and Stoning to death people, when the Judges and the Witnesses are all criminals.

NO actually i do believe axaadiths, but only those who do not contradict quran.
imaam shaafici waa jaahil miyaa?

contradiction kulaha.. af carabi maba yaqaano, and then he suggests that all the imaams of Islam couldn't see these contradictions

The verse for stoning was in the torah, and was in the quran, but then was abrogated in word, but not meaning. Please read Cumar's statement in bukhaari. Aimmadaa waa isku waafaqsan yihiin that this is the law. What u are promoting is not even accepted by your heretical sufi qaadiri wadaads

melodrama your saying other pls do not argue whit dr yalaxoow and your doing same think that you adviced other not to do it.

first imaam shaafici was not ignorant!!! but you and i agree that imaam shaafici was not a god sent prophet.

the other think is about jews book torah( old testement bibel) is not our kitaab its yahuud own book therefore is not waajib to fellow other peoples kitaab.

then suaaal where is the stoning verse that your claiming thats in quran?? quran contains 6666 verses and suddenly there is no stoning verse.

if you wanna corrupt quran and invent whole new verse which makes quran 6666+1=6667 then thats big big danbi.

all abrogated verses are already in the quran and mansuuq verses are part of 6666 verses of quraan. how can you abrogate a verse whichs not even part of that 6666 verses of quran?

allah said quran is complete and there were never forgetten verse like one you claime omar bin khadaab said or other verses . whats funny about this is its not even hadiith what omar bin khadaab said

only what rasuuul scw said or done is hadiith.so your new fake verse al shaybatu walshayabata is not even come from hadiith   because what omar bin khadaab said is not a hadiith. only what rasuul scw said s considared as hadiith.

Any believer will rejoice to be ruled by the law of Allah the Most Powerful swt.
As for those who oppose they are either hypocrites or far removed from the straight path.

It was more me mocking your absurdity. Sometimes you come up with new material, which i then have to demolish

all abrogated verses are already in the quran and mansuuq verses

Suaashii aan ku weydiiyey kama aadan jawabin. al shaybatu walshayatabi is a fake verse and it not come even from a hadiith. its just omar said?

hadiith= what rasuul scw said or done. omar or abuubakar or any other saxaana aun said or done is not hadiith

second i did not said omar is beenaale. but i would say those who invented this fake non part of quran al sheybatu wal sheeybaata bla bla bka verse are beenaalayaal and danbiilayaaal.

attempting to add quran new verses is big big big danbi. quran waa 6666 aayadoood. allah ayaana quraankiisa ku yiri ma jirto aayad laga ilaawey quraanka. haddii aad isku daydo adigoo adeegsanaya sources been ah sida ku been abuurashada omar bin khadaab rc ee aad isku daydo inaad keensato new verse taasoo quraanka ka dhigaysa 6667 markaa waa danbi weeyn ,quraankena waa 6666 aayadoood mana jirto wax laga ilaawey quraanka.

suaal ayaa ku weydiinayaaa

1:- allah miyaa wax hilaamaama?
2:- haddii ay jirtay aayad quraanka ka maqan ee uu cumar bin khadaab xafiday micnaheedu soo maaha quraanka waxaa ka maqan aayado .
3:- why you or other stoning funs(brainwashed) need to search new non part of quran verses about punishment of adultry when you have 2 verses in the quran, first one is suurata nizaaa, and other one is suuratul nooor.

so you wanna murder people in most disgusting way wever whichs stoning to death, when allah said no do not kill them al zaaniatu walzaanatiyata just give tham 100 lashes.

contradiction means when allah said do not kill them just give them lesson 100 lashes, and you can up whit kill them stone them, then thats 100000% contradition wax iska soo horjeeda.

Shows how ignorant the Somali people have become. If we can't pick up a book and learn about the law of our diin or at least learn from the knowledgeable then Lord help us, sad to say that we would rather let hiiraan online or CNN tell us what shari'a is.
