Sure there is assassinations here and there in Galckayo but it doesn't require AMISOM troops to be deployed there. A place like Kismaayo might need AMISOM troops though after Al Shabab is defeated in Lower Juba to keep the peace between sides that had blood feuds for decades.

His party the Ethiopian Somali Democratic League was mainly Supported by Ciise gaadsan Isaaq Karanle Even jidwaaq and Geri and because of that big support they became the majority in the parliament but that should not change Ogaden had 3 Ministers in the federal Cabinet of Melez zanawi and Isaaq had only the Ambassador to the UN. they were just not the majority in the parliament but were in position of the regional Ministerial post in Kilinka
