I've seen third, fourth, fifth generation Canadian Chinese men marrying Chinese/Asian women even when they can't speak the language, follow the cultural customs or can give a rats ass about their fellow Chinese folk.

You might be on to something, you'll never see an asian guy (both south asians and orientals) with a white girl, much less a black girl. but asian girls with white guys is almost standard shit, these two love each other. black guys getting play from asian girls too.

She didn't say that every girl is chasing a white guy.

You're probably basing your opinion on your experiences, but there are tons of girls who are not attracted to white guys at all.
