Sub sahara Africans are not less human than Europeans or Asians but its fact that Sub-sahara Africans(including somalis) evarage have lower IQ THAN europeans and Asians. its fact. i said if you put 1 million Sub-sahara africans( soomalis) in a lonley Island without interference. after 200 years you come back that Island and want to see how develop they become the grandgran children of that one million africans. the result will be a Haiti or Somalia if not worst. but if do same whit europeans 2 million white europenas in Island and come back to them after 200 years you would have country like AUSTRALIA.
so IQ MUST play a role here. unfortunately sub saharan Africans have lower IQ than white and Asians because they did not experience hasher climate therefore evolutions made lazy humans. but but this does not mean white are better than black africans. white and asiansare not more human than black sub sahara africans. they just have more IQ than us.

I've explained to you before two main determinants of the IQ of a person/people is their morbidity and mortality. Sub-saharan Africa/South asia have the highest rates of both these things.
According to the UNM study's author Christopher Eppig and his colleagues:

Most the data that "prove" Africans have low IQ have actually been made up.
The authors note correctly that IQ is a function of a cultural construct, the ability to succeed in middle class Western capitalist society.
