Deutsch and dutch is the same, dutch is a corrupted version of deutshe, just like there is no ethnic holland people, ethnically there are the same as western germans.
The Dutch are eastern Germans hence the 12 provinces of the nederland(low countries of the holy roman empire), there is no such thing as ethnic Nederland people and Holland is the 2 provinces of holly roman empire in the north west on the north sea
The Pennsylvania Dutch people are not from holland rather they are germans who in America were referred to as dutch (deutsch)
the people of holland are the same stock as germans while the angles are the same people as the danes and frisians of northen holland and the saxons are of the same stock as the people of shleswig-holstein,mecklenburg-west pomerania, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt and lower Saxony

germans don`t call themselves germans they call themselves "Deutsche", so their language is Deutsche
