I consider ghetto blacks a separate race from black people. Ghetto blacks have their own language, habitats, and culture as opposed to other other blacks, examples of other (honorable) blacks being myself and Barack Obama. horta african american women why are they loud and obnoxious cant they behave in a civilized manner after watching this i remembered a kind of similar story on the news a while ago in sydney on the train this west african dude was speaking very loud on the phone and this white dude who was seating closer to him got annoyed and said can you keep it down, the news fell on deaf ear next thing you know the west african was punched on the face and got a black eye, broken jaw, etc ended up on the hospital.
