AbdiWahab, democracy is finished in the mind of all Islamists, it will never work as long as Uncle Sam has his long hand in your country.

Morsi will be missed compared to those hardcore Islamists who will go underground.

AbdiWahab,

I thought you would rejoice?

Egypt is back in Mubarack era 2.0, where Islamists will be hunted down and beaten.

Grandpa,

I prefer honest dictators who say I will rule by force like Mubarak. Morsi was deceived. He went to the polls, won the election only for him to be dismissed. You can not be hypocritical when it comes to democracy, you are bound by the results.

I don't share their views but democracy should never be fucked with. There should be strong institutions to make sure minority rights and violation of constitution doesn't occur but other than that, the victor can do as he wishes til his term is up. This is an attack on democracy. Arabs are better off under dictatorships or kingdoms. They haven't got a clue

So much contradiction in one sentence :wow:
1-Muslim brotherhood is islamic and patriotic.
2-Al baradai is indeed a secular pet, and the new interim president CHRISTIAN aka Saliibi !!!!
3- Mursi was indeed legitimate leader came by free democratic elections, and ousted by military coup masterminded by seculars.
Adly Mansour is Muslim.

democracy can be briefly dismissed if those it put on power take actions that are against every thing it stands for
as soon as Morsi took office he abided by the policy of secrecy and inner circle initiations with his Brotherhood
he directed a system of exclusion where by if you aint part of the group you pretty much have no say in country's affairs
and for that we can say Democracy can be temporarily dispensed with.

What is the Muslim brotherhood doing taking part in a secular system of voting?
You cannot claim to be pure and yet get in the mud with the devil.
And why are they crying about having a democratically elected president deposed?
Don't this people have any clue of the holy Book they were meant to be following?
Why the long face when it was clear from the get go that what they were trying to cook up will not be halal.

Now look at them. Crying over a secular system which goes totally against the grain of Islam.

Egypt is the only country where a coup doesn't result in US aid being suspended :MJ:

FAHOW,

Leahy is an independent and a minority voice. He will stand on principal but real politick will win the day.
