Answer:
Xawaadle is a major clan in Somalia with a population of about 1.5 million people. They have their ancestoral roots to the Ottoman Empire. Xawaadle is widely believed to have migrated to Somalia from Turkey by early 12th Century. They are concentrated in the central regions of Somalia as well as Lower Shabelle, Bay, Bakool, and Etheopean administered territories.
I believe xawaalde is an alone stand clan they have their own traditions they are closely related to hawiye through intermarriage and other stuff but they dont trace their lineage back to the Hawiye founding father. So they are not hawiye by lineage but bu politics and region

MARKA, Somalia Nov.18, 2013 (Garowe Online)-Heavy fighting raged between armed civilians and the Somali government forces in K. 50 vicinity which lies between Lower Shabelle regional capital of Marka and Afgoye town of southern Somalia on the second day of deadly battle, Garowe Online reports.
Local reports say, Somali government troops belonging to Habar Gedir clan clashed with licensed gunmen who are loyal to the local administration of Lower Shabelle.
Earlier on Monday, Soldiers from the armed forces of Mogadishu-based Federal Government have begun to thrust into Biyamal Militiamen positions in K.50, about 50 km west of Mogadishu by firing shells, witnesses said.
“The fighting is still ongoing and I can only hear heavy gunfire from the areas where the fighting is taking place now,” Afgoye resident told Garowe Online via telephone.
K.50 area leader, Abdullahi Wafow has accused Yusuf Mohamed Siyad Indha’ade, the former warlord of Lower Shabelle region of being responsible for shedding the blood of innocent civilians while he was speaking on Mogadishu-radio station on Sunday evening.
“We repelled the attack but on our side, three soldiers died in the battle,” said Wafow who controls armed members of Biyamal Clan, the native residents of the region.
Lower Shabelle Governor Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur Sidi Sunday said Somali military forces commanders deliberately involved in attack on the locals.
Independent Sources confirmed to Garowe Online that Gen. Mohamed Roble Jimale, a close associate of Indha’ade and the commander of the 3rd brigade of the Somali National Army (SNA) whose composition is mainly dominated by Habar Gedir/Ayr sub-clan of Hawiye according to a report from UN Monitoring Group on Somalia and Eritrea in July this year, was leading yesterday’s attack.
According to the UN report, areas under the control of the 3rd Brigade have been "heavily infiltrated by Al Shabaab" and that 3rd Brigade troops have "repeatedly been involved in setting up illegal checkpoints and harassing civilians, including raping women"
Gobale, a government military officer, commands Indha'adde's clan militia aiming to exert Habar Gedir clan influence and domination in Lower Shabelle region, reliable sources said.
