Xamar is the capital of Italian loanwords, and firinjiyeer is used especially by the pure Reer Xamars.
Qaboojiye is mostly used by nomads/reer baadiye.

Hamam is a Turkish origin not Arabic. The Arabs have borrowed it from the Turks.
