Yeah that is true Jirde Hussein one of the richest Somalis of the former Somali republic , Jirde was from Hargeysa SL but wanted to invest in Xamar , his dad owned bakhaars in the early 1900s In Yemen and was doing big things in yemen. the kabadhe iidoors were the best merchants. The Isaaqs of the 1960s were very creative when it comes to Business. When the Isaaqs arrived in their thousands in Xamar in 1960s , The Koonfurians called us Dutch , the Dutch people. . And during the Bombings the Afweyne airplanes totally destroyed the theater. Its now under construction a new theater now and it will be finalized early next year or end this year
