In all seriousness and kaftan aside, their clans do not matter.the biggest loyalty these guys have is to their collective somali identity (vis a vis other madow and white gangs) or to the area they reside in.

If you are 20 and came at the age of 12 that's 8 years in this country. Hardly a lifetime. No wonder their 'Somali' ethnicity was bandied about a lot. Let us also remember that a lot of these kids came here with no prior schooling, i've even been told by this relative of mine who used to work in schools that some didn't even know how to hold a pen!

Plus in the article it says the girls would chew with these guys. Most guys born or raised here do not pick up this nasty habit, it's usually guys back home or those who have arrived from there.


They got a combined sentence of 100 years. Not enough but I'm glad they have been named and shamed and locked up too.

You misread what I wrote ...I stated that when they came to this country they were max 12.
I did not state they all came here at 12.

And believe me in here in Bristol ...the biggest chew-heads are the ones who've lived in this country
for a very long time including the non freshies who you seem to think are so civilised

No i do not think kuwa halkan ku dhashay are civilised. They are messed up for sure but they would walk into a club and get a girl that way or hook up with one from school etc not an 11 year old girl roaming the street.
