I would say ALL somali tribes are an assortment of different peoples. The idea one clan is pure is a fanstasy. Like all the ethnic groups in the horn, clan affiliation was more POLITICAL than it was geneological. People became part of tribes as a form of political alliance more often than we would like to believe. Its why all clans look roughly the same eventhough there is alot of intra-clan diversity.

you find guys like him who have a very non-Somali appearance in every clan. if one clan was more "truly Somali" than other clans, then you would actually see differences in appearance. but we don't see that. roughly all somali groups have the same populations.
