Mr Yuusuf the electoral commission messed up big time in 2012. They elected 25 members of the local govt, then within 72hrs they said they made a mistake. They took two seat away from Sacad musa, one was taken away from Reer cabane guy and given to another Sacad musa guy. The other was the Sacad musa seat taken and given to a HJ Biciide guy. Ask your HJ. Why did Reer Gadiid burn 150ka road. Sacad musa had 9 seats but, 1 was taken away for HJ. Sacad musa ended up with 8 seats at the end.

Why do think the Arap burnt the beerta xoriyada road, the Arap got 3 seats. So the HY who had 8 seat, had 1 seat taken away & given to Arap who ended up with from 3 seats to a total of 4 seats.
