Yh, as if writing 20 word tweets is more helpful or knowledgeable than writing a journal, dissertation, a book or other academic papers that actually discuss in depth the problems that exist in the world, their impact, why they exist and and bring realistic solution to the table.
Twitter just validates people's inborn tendency to be lazy. It's a lowbrow place where any other person with the most marginal knowledge in any area can spit out several sentences and the validation they get makes them feel and look like a rocket scientist.

Twitter is not a place to learn anything, just like instagram and facebook it kills your time and makes you dumber over time.

Let's just all agree to disagree and keep it civil and keep xalimo-shaming to an absolute minimum. The truth is this isn't an african, arab or horn problem (even though they all outnumber us in population as well as diaspora) - but a uniquely somali problem. Somalia is the only failed state out all those countries and the civil war must have done huge damage to the Somali psyche and pride. That coupled with bad parenting and somali females generally being given more freedom than other more conservative groups like muslim africans, Sudanese, ethio-eris and arabs is recipe for disaster.

I think people are conflating two very separate issues; (1) xaliimos who marry ajnabis and (2) xaliimos who insult their men and degrade them in front of foreigners.

The first issue has nothing to do with me or you unless the girl is your relative. The second issue has everything to do with me since they are shaming us and essentially throwing millions of Somali men they don't know under the bus. I've seen that thread and LSA has a lot of fake somali trolls. there was a user named basra (which i suspect is the same on here) that was doing a lot worse for our reputation, she made it sound like we hated blacks and the we were racist. in fact she said it flat out. But yea there are a lot of non somali trolls trying to get on people's nerves. AAs are extreeeeemmly jealous of horners, so any horner related topic make them go crazy. so you get a lot of fake somalis popping up every now and then. none of the real somali members would say such a thing. how many o the men here would though? how many of the men here would defend a halimo being trashed on an all male site?

I dont think you know how the internet works. you do understand that on LSA there is a lot of fake somalis. people petending to be somali because horner related topics gets them riled up. so you have a lot of blacks or ethios pretending to be somali. some bantus as well. they can speak the language, but hate somalis, so they talk shit about us and make us look bad while pretending to be us online. the actual somalis on LSA weed them out pretty quick.
