Injured and fallen KDF arrive at the Wilson Airport. Death toll is 100+ according to my source in Gedo. I have been in contact with a group of 10 KDF servicemen detached from the rest after the attack headed towards Kenya border somewhere in Nakole after two days in the bush by this hour I believe they have been rescued. 12 KDF soldiers captured by Alshabab have spoken for the first time in an audio released today. Most of the soliders were from the 9KR Eldoret. There was an ambush by Alshabab on a KDF convoy late Saturday as reinforcement headed to El Adde from Elwak. KDF reportedly hit Wagaddud Shabab camp.

So it is better, in your opinion, that Alshabab remain in control? Amisom and Ethiopia is the only option Somalia has of getting rid of Alshabab, if they are gone, Somalia is finished.Siciid85 wrote:No they weren't, the pictures of their dead look more Kenyan Bantus. also there is no more dangerous than Somali in KDF trying to impress their overlords. In a choice of the two, you have to pick the gaalo, instead of the murtad khawarij who are worse than gaalo. If Alshabab win, they will spread their fitna and kufur to the population.

Re: Over 50 Kenyan soldiers killed in attack on military base
Actually I believe the opposite , they perpetuate their existence and as long as Somalis like me would support a somali over a habash or a kikuyu , al shabaab has just only to hit them once .Somalia has a long territorial as well ethnic dispute with both these countries . Bribing the Ogaden tribe can only get so far, and by coming into Somalia , they're creating the next generation of fighters that will bring it back in their respective countries . It is just bad policy , the United Nations in its initial position warned against it . { that is before they changed their mind back when Bush was president of the US }thegoodshepherd wrote:So it is better, in your opinion, that Alshabab remain in control? Goodsheppard,
Are u ok? Ethiopia is the one that created this scum of a group. How can you expect them to sacrifice habash life over a group they created to further their interest; which is to make sure nabad iin la helin.

Re: Over 50 Kenyan soldiers killed in attack on military base
Ethiopia or Kenya cannot defeat Al shabab, because their military isn't trained to deal with gorilla warfare that is currently being conducted by AS. In fact not even America couldn't deal with Taliban and Insurgency in Iraq. The best option is for Ethiopia and Kenya to withdraw and let the Somali people deal with Al shabab. When Somalia politicians see that survival is dependent on creating and sustaining Somali National Army then perhaps they will operate with sense of urgency. Right now, Mogadishu isn't interested in building and maintaining the SNA but rather let AMISOM act as security blanket for them. That is gotta go.
Jin ninkii keenaa saari kara.
AMISOM mission in Somalia will be 10 years in few years time and AL shabab continues to embarrass KDF and other AMISOM forces.

Re: Over 50 Kenyan soldiers killed in attack on military base
he knows that , Ethiopia came in when Cheney asked them to save Abdulahi Yusuf . That's when al shabaab was born . These groups grow only more radical and deadly . Yesterday there was an attack in Burkina Fasso by a terrorist group affiliated with AQ in the Maqrib. I remember at one point there was an election in Algeria where the ikhawan al muslimiin , won 80% of the vote . But then the western countries through their intelligence services ally with what they call " the seculars" and fuckin destabilized the whole thing . What do they get after that ? The GIA { al shabaab of Algeria} and when that one cease to exist , AQIM . Now these guys have for playground all of west Africa . They made with the Fulanis {MUJAO} and now threathen as far South Benin or Ivory CoastFarhanYare wrote:Goodsheppard,

Who saved the day in Burkina Fasso ? French and US special forces , the poor Africans are not used to this shit .
Somalia , same thing . You had the Islamic courts , now al shabaab kills people in Nairobi or Kampala and soon they will go somewhere else too .
Habash and Kikuyus cannot defeat these guys.

Look at this bitch. The only solution for Al shabaab is fully equipped and fully paid SNA. Not amisom or xabashis. They can't and they don't want to finish the irhaabis.thegoodshepherd wrote:So it is better, in your opinion, that Alshabab remain in control? You're wrong. There are no funds for create a professional SNA ATM and arms embargo is not lifted. But the process to create one is underway. We already have one of the best special forces in the world. Yeah it's terrifying , but ninkii seexdaa siciis dibi dhaley.Siciid85 wrote:Ethiopia or Kenya cannot defeat Al shabab, because their military isn't trained to deal with gorilla warfare that is currently being conducted by AS. Re: Over 50 Kenyan soldiers killed in attack on military base
Same thing in Lybia . There are 2 govs now , one Islamic { UIC type} in Tripoli and another one in Benghazi, or Tobruk I should say supported by al Sissi and the west and in the middle you have Qaddafi's tribe trying to make an opening by bringing in ISIS . They split the country in 2 . Now in the South of Lybia , the Toubou allied with Benghazi are fighting the tuareg allied with Tripoli . Tribal warfare between people who used to live in peace with each other will bring guys from Niger , Mali and Tchad into game .And then it will spread like wild fire . Do you know I heard on the radio that the reason it took so long for the attackers of the hotel in Burkina Fasso to be neutralized was because the French special forces that came to the rescue were busy somewhere else in the region
, unbelievable !

Gijane,
You think the Alpha group is one of the best in the world? What criteria did you use, mise like typical buffoon you're throwing shit and see what sticks?
Also the process to create competent SNA was under way since AY days with nothing coming to fruition. Also you have more than enough funds, all your bills are paid by EU, get countless aid money plus income generated from Sea and Airports. Yeah your problem is not for luck of funds but misappropriation. Luck of weapons is also not issue, Somalia is awash with weapons. Alshabab doesn't have that problem it seems.
Just admit it, your government sucks donkey balls. Very few are genuinely interested in nation building. There is no wadanimo left the in the South. Anyone can be bought and sold for $25 and cheap Chinese phone.

One of the most trained special forces in the world humiliated in the battlefield by untrained mooryaans and terrorists over again. Our special forces can defeat any terrorist units in a few hours maximum as recent history has shown us.

Somaliland "special forces" shooting and harassing unarmed civilians instead of concentrating on their task.
