why is that dhagabacayl ...where is the freedom of speech ...or is it u agree with me or shut your mouth policy
No man, you can speak of course. Just don't expect me to listen or agree with you Smile
but that is not what you told him. You said to him: "you have no say about it." In an essence telling him to seal his mouth and not utter a word.

Bismillah,

"They committed crime against humanity..." "This has nothing to do with seeking recognition. It’s about principle." Laughing Laughing Laughing

All the so called Muslim leaders are nothing but pets of the Kaafirs ... from the so called Somaliland to that Xabasha loving A/Yussuf and the rest.

((May Allah guide the lost souls and may Allah bestow his Grace and Mercy on those who are on the verge of death.))

Aamiin to the above Duca.
it's not about Somaliland, it's in all our corrupt legal systems in the third world ....it goes like this ... the Westreners first ,the Citizen of that country second and then evrybody else......

btw. guray how u felt about the beheading of the six Somalis in Saudi Arabia
Garaad please do not insult Somalilanders further,we are nothing like saudi arabia. The unfortunate saudis do not understand what justice is,
its true Justice and fairness are all strange alien words, they hear about in the quraan and from other people but they cannot picture it.

If somaliland even starts to become 60% like Saudi Arabia i would
vehamently oppose it.

Look, we have a saying in the Army. Taking a warm coat of my back, isn't going to make your back any warmer. If someone here wants to complain that in a seperate case (this zamzam case - what a stupid name) proper jurisprudence wasn't adhered to, that's fine. But in this case it is pretty clear. These guys murdered a number of different people, were trying to destabilize the Somaliland regime, and were clearly guilty. The weight of the evidence was overwhelming and they aren't even denying they did it. So, how can anyone here argue that they aren't deserving of capital punishment?

Courts in muslim countries are not always 100% accurate , but their are
real and accurate evidence against these guys, even saudi arabia which is the heart of the muslim ummahs body which pumps the blood aroud the veins made a mistake this year when killing 6 somalis when in fact in sharia it says the person who killed that saudi shop keeper should be killed and the other somalis should have their hands cut of for thief or jailed not all murdered so why dont you questin these arabs. But what should be done is the man who killed these elderly people should be killed and others jailed its not like they all killed them.

North
They were all involved. They all facillitated the act. Not only that, but they are all sworn enemies of the Somaliland state. There was no way they weren't going to be executed.

My Faqash bros and sisters

This is one of the fundmaental differences we have with you - we believe in upholding law and order. We in the North believe laws apply to all mankind. in fact one Northern clan's law starts with teh following declaration " All men are of Issas...and no man is more valuable even by hairbreadth than any other man". (Rag waa wada Ciise...nina caro ma dhera".

This is ancient law is called Xeer and applied to people's at all times no matter their colour, creed or religion. It is as ancient as our existence.

When the colonialists reached our shores the Issa judge at the "fifth holy tree" the highest Xeer court was asked whether this law applied even to the French. His reply was telling " Yes. even the French are Issas. it is only through his [ignoble] deeds that changed his colour"

The best known Judge under Somaliland xeer in the 19th Century Somaliland was Ina Sanweyne who adjudicated on matters of law from Ogadenia to Erigavo. He has been immortalised in the 60s Hess of the same name "Garta Ina sanweyne" it goes something like this

"if thirsty camelboys terrorise a community...through desperation if they revolt...slaughtering maned lions in hidden groves.....if the tempest cometh....on maidens settled...the Judgment of ina sanweyne so upheld it were"

Interpretation: If camelboys cause mayhem killing and raping and teh cause was through desperation, Ina sanweyne would have reached the right judgement - ie he would have taken teh cause into account.

Xeer is so old and so ancient that no one knows when it started but it is remarakable that people still believe in it and use it.

You Faqashs, like all other ignoble, lowly cultures have no laws imbedded in your culturally barren psyche which has now been fertilised by Wahabbist Islamists killing people for watching movies.

Not only will we arrest, charge, convict and execute those who murder our guests, the very people who fed your mangy mothers when you were starving in your Dhilmanyo infested shacks - but we are confident and secure enough to soon rebuild or churches and the ancient synagogue in Berbera believed to be at least 1,200 years old. We will allow religious pluralism and anyone will be allowed to prosleytise. you see it is about visceral cultural understanding of equality - if Muslims are allowed to build mosques and prosplytise in the west, the Christians will be allowed to do teh same in Muslim countries.

It is called Xeer, law, equality, sense of fair play, cricket, gentlemanliness, tolerance, underrstranding, manliness, kindness, friendliness - values and characterisitics not found in your bovine genes.
