While Ethiopia is a brutal one party dictatorship, we have to face facts, if Ethiopia collapses it'll be one part Yugoslavia wars, one part Rwandan Genocide and one part mass famine, the suffering will be unspeakable.

The protestors are not inherently antigovernment yet, they just want reform, so I hope to God that the government institutes some reforms, because what the protestors are protesting for are legitimate issues that demand immediate attention.

Sadly I don't think the government will do that, they will send in the security forces and when that doesn't work, they'll send in the death squads like the Liyu police, and then it's a civil war.

There are already thousands of Oromo and other Ethiopian migrants in the north.
If war breaks out in Ethiopia, the hordes of migrants will go where they already established communities such as Berbera and many other northern cities.

Nope. International aid money will be diverted to Ethiopia, amison will leave and hawiye will go back to fighting for scraps, the rest of Somali (Isaaq, dir jebarti) will regain their lands from xabashia.
