Now, going back to your above comment. Berbera is a shared city and as much as it might pain some people it has both HY and HJ population. It's totally unfair that both tribes are sideline is if Berbera only belongs to CM. The port has always been a flash point. It sparked the Civil war when the CM refused to bring it under Tuurs command and then the Cidagale refused to bring the air port under Igaals command, in retaliation. Today the airport is named after Igaal and its under Somaliland authority. The port and Berbera, however is under total CM occupation with constant riots if any change is even discussed. This Kulmiye government is a SM/HJ vehicle so if the CM is complaining about government corruption and mismanagement, take it up with their HA brothers. If anything it should be the Cidagale kicking off because they have zero in put in Kulmyie.
