I read what Hyper posted though and it seems that this type of marriage is not expected to be kept a secret. In fact it seems that in Islam a marriage that is kept secret does not meet the necessary criteria and cannot be considered halal...
So what this is, is a woman forgoing financial support from her husband...I guess if one wanted to be a cougar and did not need a man to support her and didn't even want to live with him. All of a sudden it seems as if the balance is switched...she'd be using his body or would they be using each other...
Also don't most women today forgo financial support anyway? Most married women I know are still working and pay their way. The only difference being that they live together whereas here it seems they don't even have to do that...Now you coming around, it isn't such a bad idea after all. No cougar involved here

Why would a pretty young thing agree to such an arrangement unless there's something "wrong" with her real or perceived?
