Warsheikh.......I have plots in Daynille already and will probably build a place there......but I wouldn't want to invest substantial amounts because the area is too volatile.
The Wacabudan Karaan - Balcad- Warsheikh corridor is a sleepy backwater compared to Daynille- Afgoye.
I can get access to good land by going 50- 50 with my Celi fam....probably seal the deal with a local bride.
