He sings in Lingala, a language similar to Swahili. The music is definately the dancing type unlike Somali music. If you ever go these concerts, you lose yourself and go buckwild. I once heard Monie, my favorite being played in a Somali aroos and I lost all control & took off my jacket and started dancing like a mad man.

I would join you too. I love this stuff. I got introduced to it in college by my Kenyan and Nigerian friends. I always bug the DJs at family weddings to play them and definitely when we used to throw parties late at night in the dorms. Serious fun stuff.
