I heard Bare was a major captain in 1977 war. He became popular in that war , even my father who used to be high ranking police officer passed to me that the man is known for his bravery.

Ask AbdiHutu who made his hero Caydiid ran away in mortal defeat in a jilbaab and go in recuperating hiding for three months?
Abdihutu who shot Shabeel?
Respect your whip master Barre.

Respect to your dad then.
Best thing to do is learn as much from him as possible.

Ask your Dad if he knows about a Habaryoonis Korneel, whose name I can't remember now. That Afwayne sent to help train the SWAPO movement in Namibia against the occupational White led SouthAfrican government in the 1970s and 80s. Last I heard of him, he was a Minister in the first Namibian government.

Re: Barre Hiiraale Homeless Hobo to Minister
But he always advises me against indulging myself with Qabiil's intracacy. " It is waste of time, stay away from it," I nod my head but I never tire in that regard. He does not grasp that the reason I am interested in knowing the past from his insight is to figure out the complex nature of nepotism and tribalism and then find a solution for it. I pay him visit once in every month.
