they all killed people, every hutu killed and robbed innocents in xamar, one of my neighbours admitted to slaughtering a mareexan family and even said he shot their baby by throwing him in the air, at first we thought lets kill him, then he begged for mercy and is now a wadaad, only allah can judge...
