My wife wants to visit Xamar, should I go with her?

My wife wants us to visit Xamar, but its suicide for an MJ to visit -- she's Saleban (hate me for it, but our kids are MJ ).

I'm thinking its our 5th anniversary and sh!t..should I stay or should I go (yeah I quoted The Clash)?

Saleban are still in talks with the government, and reconciling (bowing down) and sh!t, so is it worth it or dangerous to visit?

This is the third year she asked me to got o Xamar with her..I went one year, but made a Bee-Line for Lower Jubba the second we landed, we ended up spending the entire summer in Kismayo.

What does everyone reckon?

I'm turning 33 in July, my wife is 26 in case you were asking.

She's visited Xamar in worse conditions. I personally want to stay here, but every time we left the country, her dad paid the bill (he's a moneymaker in Europe).

The last time we went, like I said, we stayed in Kismayo because of my fear of her people.

This time I swear we're staying in Xamar, going nowhere!

^ nobody headed to Somalia EVER lands in Xamar, the airport just opened a few months ago for crying out loud.

There are 3 locations of landing -- Bender Qassim, Djibouti, and Mombasa. Then you take a convoy and they escort you into Somalia. Why do you think people take time to save up before heading to Somalia.

But this year I think we might be heading straight for Xamar.
