puntland gov says what they are up to

what theyre developing, regulations, ministries own web pages, information, guides, pictures

somaliland government webpage looks dead and useless

I checked it last night, man SLand's website is reminiscent of their 'country'.....absolute crap! Laughing

I love that PLand site so much, man! Cool

keep up the work, every section is great, news updates, etc. Smells of money and good work! Cool
