for me it is aden osman (may he live to 200 years), the only african leader vacated office when he lost the elections. he was ahead of his time.

i heard it is not true, president osman is still alive and recovering well. the news of his death came from shabeele media the same dudes that called indhocadde sheikh. they are unreliable.
