MOGADISHU - A gunman killed a regional judge in the Somali capital Mogadishu, officials and witnesses said Tuesday, as attacks on government officials escalated in the lawless Horn of Africa nation.

Sheikh Mohamed Muse Duale, the head of the Beledweyne court in the central Hiran region, died soon after he was shot late Monday at a junction in southern Mogadishu.

if you're trying to cause friction between ceyr and xawaadle, you need to be smarter than this.

I'd say the puppets and the xabashi are behind it with an intention of causing a rift between the brothers and to get support from Hiiraan for their planned incursion into galgaduud and matabaan. The only ones who could gain from the murder of this man are the Xabashi/TFG
