Try to convince me
To the supporters of the Tigre occupation:
Let's just say, hypothetically of course, that I am an unbiased observer of the situation in Somalia, and you are a staunch supporter of the Tigre occupation and their stooges, how would you convince me to join your camp?
What would you tell me to see things/events from your perspective? What would you base your argument on?
Reason I am asking this is, I failed to understand the logic you use, or what you tell each other when you guys are alone. Because to me, it's beyond imagination, reasoning, conscience and everything decent to be happy about foreign forces occupying your sacred land.

Re: Try to convince me
Not that I am a supporter of foreign troops giving orders in my land but lets try to think outside the box and see the bigger picture...(if any!). This current situation might lead to one of the two:
1. That this Foreign power might help us in teaching us the proper way of housekeeping , afterall it seems that Somalis were unable to do so in the last 17years.
2. Or the miracle might happen in a year or two when all Somali factions realize that we are under occupation, maybe then they will come to their senses and forget about their differences and unit with each other against this foreign power!!!
either ----or----they indeed need outsiders to wake them up and make them one!!

how will this benefit my tribe? we want to be like somaliland. is it a crime? make the tfg stick to a timetable for elections, and let every tribe and region mobolize their candidates, and represent their constituents. the more they fight them, the longer the ethiopians and other forces stay in somalia. the only way forward for somalia is through elections. force the damn tigre tfg to commit itself to democracy and not fight them with guns and hide behind civilians. ask the ayr in hamar.

Re: Try to convince me
Dumbass, how about YOU think outside the box:
*Unislamic Courts get support from Xabash in Eritrea
*Abdullahi Yusuf get support from Xabash in Ethiopia
You're either neutral or you pick one of the lesser evils. I pick Abdullahi Yusuf as the lesser of two evils.
You don't see me b!tching and whining to you about your choices or neutrality, so cut the calaacal, that shit ain't cute.

Re: Try to convince me
I dont know if there are Tigre Supporters.
But there are supporters of Rule and Law and the re-establishment of the institutions of the Somali State. The contingencies and the methodologies may very well be problematic, but so far 2 obstacles to the resurrection of the Somali State have been removed:
1-the parasitic warlorlds who have been holding Somalia hostage for 16 years.
2-The Wahaabi movement that has gained so much strength since the fall of the Somali government. But for the intervention of the USA and Ethiopia, Somalia would have fallen into the theocratic abysm of Talibanism and Wahaabi Fanaticism.
Somalia is back in business. Ama ka nax ama ku farax.

But before one shows another how to houskeep, shouldn't they at least clean the cat shit off of their own floors, first? I mean, how can anyone with a house as filthy as xabaash house show anyone in East Africa the rudiments of houskeeping?

Re: Try to convince me
I don't agree with decition making of the TFG and steps they have taken so far that got them to the position they are at now but I can't be against any change which is supposedly for the better that is taking place in our homeland. Evil or not there will be some sort of a positive outcome.
Somaliyeey how are we going to trust one another?
Lugooyo, your not sincere and so is the next man.
If you accuse TFG supporters of being a qabilist then that only makes you another qabilist.
