you should.... KNOW Ciidangalle = Hargeysa = Ciidangalle .
Habar Awal your people only reside in the outskirts of New Hargeysa ,jigjigayar partly and so on.

daanta ciidangalle kulahaa nacasnimada iska daa nayaa.
Ciidangalle were the first inhabitors of Hargeysa and the very majority .
Also you have to " pass " daanta ciidangalle as you call it already when you fly , see Naasa Hablood ,land at Hargeisa airport , drive trough the mainroad look east or west its ciidangalle baby .
