Is the ICU preparing for major offensive?

Lately, we have seen a string of killings and insurgency in Somalia. And recently, it have been reported that the ICU have deployed hundreds of fighter to the region of Puntland. So my question is are they preparing for a major offensive against the foreing occupation forces and the TFG?

For the first time since the civil war started in Somalia, violence has been almost halted, secular on Muslim killing stopped, poverty and desperation for the Somali people declining-- thanks to the Islamic Courts Union. However, a jealous and malignant America wasn't happy with the peace, progress and development; it conspired with other sinister forces to reignite the violence and bring back killing, rape, poverty, desperation, etc to the Somali people.
