Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
For those of you who don't know who Mr. Dean is; He is the current chairman for the DNC (Democratic National Committee) he was also former Governor of state of Vermont, as well a former presidential candidate.
--------------------------------------------------------
Governor Dean understands that Democrats have failed voters:
"The American people hired Democrats last November to ensure that we end this war," Dean said during the weekly Democratic radio address. "So let me be clear, we know that if we don't keep our promise, we may find ourselves the minority again....
"We have to face the reality that Republicans in Congress are standing with President Bush as he stubbornly wields his veto pen," Dean charged. In response, he proposed that the "one way to truly ensure we end this war" was to elect a Democrat as president in 2008.

Re: Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
I recall listening to one of his his presidential stump speech when he said; "America needs balance approach with regard to Israel vs. Palestine conflict".
After that speech he was railroaded by the media because he spoke the truth. Now once again, he speaks truth to power.

Hey, none of you need to respond to this thread, it's rather what I would call as, "Saturday-Afternoon-Political-Schooling".

Re: Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
Now for those of you who are still interested hearing what I have to say;
You know the Democrats in Congress aren't happy hearing what Gov. Dean has to say....therefore, you may want ask why?
Because these same Democrats and the Republicans, all of them, in congress, men/woman, are in cahoots with war mongering contractors that are still getting money from war-contractors like Halliburton.

Rice: History will rate Bush well
NEW YORK - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says history will remember President Bush's foreign policy favorably despite current troubles in Iraq, Iran, North Korea and the Middle East "History's judgment is rarely the same as today's headlines," she said Friday in an interview with The Associated Press.

Re: Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
Sadly this woman has traveled to the middle east more than her successor.....yet she is still traveling at the end of this administration without result. All she now talks about is Putin and the cold war....frankly, I think she might serve her purpose, since she's a doctoral degree of former Soviet Union affairs,...she might get laid with Putin and see to his soul.
Re: Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
call it success if you want to, but the man was drunk and couldn't attend a morning breakfast at the summit, he over drunk himself and had a stomach flue.

Bush Plagued By A String Of Mishaps On Europe Tour
Source: RIA Novosti
ROME, June 9 (RIA Novosti) - After braving an upset stomach in Germany and being greeted by crowds of protesters in Poland and Italy, the U.S. president probably thought things could not get much worse - and then his car broke down Saturday.
---
On Saturday, Bush arrived in Italy, where he held talks with Pope Benedict XVI, but later during his tour of the city his limousine broke down and a reserve vehicle had to be rushed in.
Moreover, the new limo was too big to squeeze through the gates of the U.S. Embassy, and the U.S. leader had to walk the remaining distance.
The specter of the Iraqi war followed him in Rome, as thousands of people marched through the streets shouting "No Bush, no war."

Russia Wants Freeze on U.S. Missile Plan
By STEVE GUTTERMAN, Associated Press Writer
Saturday, June 9, 2007
(06-09) 07:13 PDT MOSCOW, Russia (AP) --
Russia's foreign minister urged the United States on Saturday
to freeze plans for missile defense installations in eastern
Europe during negotiations and warned that the proposal —
intended to serve as a buffer against Iran — could backfire.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's comments, reported
by Russian news agencies, suggested the Kremlin is unhappy
that the United States has continued discussions on its plans
to deploy facilities in Poland and the Czech Republic following
Russia's counteroffer of joint use of a radar station in
Azerbaijan.
"It's necessary for Washington, at a minimum, to freeze the
deployment of missile defense elements in Europe for a period
of study and negotiations on the Russian proposal," ITAR-Tass
quoted Lavrov as saying.
Lavrov also warned that the U.S. missile defense plans could
hamper efforts to ease international concerns about Iran's
nuclear program, RIA-Novosti reported. The United States has
said the missile defense shield is intended to protect against
a potential Iranian threat.

I will say this; that this brand fock of president of US of Nay, can wake up tomorrow morning (after God speaks to him on his sleep) and can rapture the world with a push of a button.
Re: Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
Men like Grant and Mad Mac would have you believe that Iran's president Mr. Ahmadidinihad, (who can't buy a single nuke, even if he wanted to) is troublesome to western civilization , and world in general...whilst we have this drunk bastard at Washington with nukes at his disposal.
Re: Dean - The Dems Have Thus Far Failed The Voters
How ubserd is US attack on Iran? Complete attack on sovereignty, if you ask me...and an attack on entire world.
All known intelligence report known suggests Iran is 10 years away from developing a a single nuke. So why rush on attack?
